Overview

ARH was appointed to deliver rapid-response support for a European EV charger manufacturer. Our role includes diagnosing faults, replacing hardware, and restoring network connectivity at sites across the continent—ensuring end users have uninterrupted access to charging infrastructure.

The challenge

The client needed a dependable service partner to handle urgent technical issues across a wide geographical area. Problems included faulty components, system outages, and network dropouts. Delays in response would result in poor user experience and reputational risk for the manufacturer.
