This summer, the M&E team took the initiative to transform unused space at head office into a welcoming outdoor garden. Using repurposed site equipment and recycled materials, the new area includes planters for vegetables and herbs, benches for informal catch-ups, and space for employees to take a break in the fresh air.

It’s already proving popular with staff as a place to recharge, reflect or simply enjoy lunch in a more relaxed setting. This project is a great example of practical creativity and how small changes can enhance wellbeing at work.
