This month, we said a fond farewell to Tony Kempton as he stepped down from his full-time role at ARH after 10 years of dedicated service. Tony has played a key role in strengthening our health and safety culture, bringing deep expertise, a calm presence and a practical approach to problem-solving.
“Tony has been a steady hand through a decade of growth and change,” said Chris Horton. “We’re grateful for everything he’s done – and pleased he’s not disappearing entirely.”
While he’s now enjoying semi-retirement in North Wales, Tony will continue to support ARH in a part-time advisory capacity. We wish him all the best and thank him for everything he’s contributed.
