We’re delighted to share that Max Smith has successfully completed his AM2 assessment the final practical exam of his electrical apprenticeship and a significant milestone in becoming a fully qualified electrician.
The AM2 is widely recognised as one of the most demanding assessments in the electrical trade. It tests candidates on a range of practical skills including installation, inspection and fault-finding, all carried out to the exacting standards required to work safely and competently in the industry.
Passing it is no small feat, and Max’s achievement reflects the dedication and hard work he has put in throughout his apprenticeship with ARH.
Kate Gibbard, Group Performance Director, said: “This is a fantastic accomplishment and a great step forward in Max’s career. Passing the AM2 demonstrates the skills, knowledge and standards required to work as a qualified electrician and Max has really earned it.”
At ARH, we believe in developing our people from the ground up. Investing in apprenticeships is central to how we build a skilled, capable workforce for the future and results like this show just why that matters.
Well done, Max. We’re proud to have you in the team.
