Working direct for a leading UK contractor, ARH Group have recently completed a Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning CAT B fit out at Somerset House; a listed art-deco building, providing office spaces in the centre of Birmingham. The newly refurbished property extends to 36,294 sq ft (3,372 sq m) over ground plus six upper floors.
