Polly brings a wealth of experience to her role as HR Manager. Polly started her career as an HR Apprentice for a pharmaceutical company, completing her Diploma in Human Resources and Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. In 2018, she joined ARH as a resource planner, three promotions and a Master’s Degree later, Polly is now our HR Manager. Polly is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources department.  Her previous experience in resource planning and her commitment to employee relations make her a perfect fit for this role. Polly’s colleagues would describe her as decisive, calm, and positive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in Devon with her family.
