Overview

Rambert School, a world leading performing arts institution, required a facilities management partner capable of supporting a mixed-use educational environment. ARH Group was appointed to deliver a comprehensive FM solution covering planned maintenance, compliance and reactive works. The engagement focused on maintaining safety and reliability without disrupting the school’s daily operations. 

The challenge

The school needed to implement a formalised maintenance and compliance regime. A key operational challenge was managing maintenance activities around the academic calendar and student accommodation, requiring minimal interference with teaching and performance schedules.

Our approach

ARH Group introduced a full FM model tailored to Rambert School’s specific needs. This included: 

  • Biannual and annual servicing of HVAC, heating and safety systems 
  • Realignment of PPM schedules to avoid term time and coordinate with holiday periods 
  • Clear and consistent communication with the estates team to ensure responsive and coordinated service delivery
