Chris Horton, ARH Managing Director confirms ARH’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people.
Chris comments, “Over the last 3 years we decided that the key to our growth plans is to focus upon the talent we already have within our team, we at that point made the commitment to start developing our accredited CPD (Continuing Professional Development) program which has now become a cornerstone of the ARH Values. This year we have our 3rd and 4th participants of the MBA (Master of Business Administration) program continuing their studies and working hard to achieve this academic accolade. We have also committed to support and enrol a further 6 Managers to the Level 5 Chartered Manager program from September, these are just a few of the professional courses that we commit to annually as part of our proud CPD throughout the business.
As these members of our team look ahead at their own aspirations to develop their abilities and knowledge, we are working hard to strategically grow our business in the sectors that we can support, our ever advancing and developing professionals will be ready to deliver this. My fellow Directors and I continue to identify the next candidates for our program and to promote our team to grow with our ambitions.
