Mechanical / HVAC works in a grade 2 listed Heritage owned building that requires full refurbishment of the building and renovation of its proposed 30 new bedrooms and bathrooms. Here are some of the works we have completed so far:
This has been a very tough and challenging project due to some of the building constraints and nature of the structure of the build, extensive design and labour has been required by our professional mechanical team to enable us to achieve a fully functional hotel with a proposed handover date set in the next few months.
