Following the update of Mechanical / HVAC works in a grade 2 listed Heritage owned building that requires full refurbishment of the building and renovation of its proposed 30 new bedrooms and bathrooms.
This has been a very tough and challenging project due to some of the building constraints and nature of the structure of the build, extensive design and labour has been required by our professional mechanical team to enable us to achieve a fully functional hotel with a proposed handover date set in the next few months.
The Projects on going works involve new:
- Full Design & Build specification delivered by our in house team
- LTHW heating systems
- Luxury Bathroom fit outs
- Air conditioning systems
- Hot and cold water systems
- Public health services
- Kitchen supply Fresh and extract air system
- Fire Suppression systems
We are half way through the project and are delighted with the overall progress.
