In 2004, Damian joined ARH as a CAD Engineer. In 2006, he moved into the maintenance department as a Key Account Manager, overseeing Electrical Testing and inspection. In 2012, due to growth, a Business Development Role came up, and Damian fulfilled this role. He ensures continued compliance, high standards of quality, and detailed and accurate interrogations of software systems to produce management information across all business levels. Damian’s colleagues would describe him as helpful, dedicated, and precise. He enjoys 4×4 off-roading, water sports, metal fabrications, and spending time with family in his spare time.
