Kate’s career at ARH Group Ltd is a testament to her dedication and drive to learn. Starting in 2010 as an Administrator in the maintenance department, she quickly impressed with her skills and work ethic, progressing to Team Leader and then Maintenance Supervisor. Recognising her leadership potential, Kate embraced the opportunity to train as an Account Manager. Now, as Operations Director, Kate strategically manages the full operations of the FM Department, utilising her extensive industry experience to ensure ARH delivers exceptional facilities management services and unmatched reliability. Her team tackles day-to-day enquiries, manages reactive and quoted works, and ensures client statutory compliance through PM regimes, all vital parts of ARH’s comprehensive FM service. Kate’s colleagues value her dependability, honesty, and drive, making her a natural leader who inspires her team.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening and cooking.
