Kate started as an Administrator in the maintenance department in 2010, quickly was promoted to a Team Leader and soon afterwards Maintenance Supervisor. She then took on the opportunity to train as an Account Manager, which is her current role. She leads a team of office-based Client-focused staff, which control the day to day queries and reactive and quoted works which are won. Managing the accounts also allows her to ensure her clients are statutory compliant through PM regimes which are key to a full package FM delivery. Kates colleagues would describe her as dependable, honest, and driven. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising, reading, exercising, and cooking.
