Polly Wainwright

Polly started her career as an HR Apprentice for a pharmaceutical company, completing her Diploma in Human Resources and Advanced Apprenticeship in Business and Administration. She then moved on to support a company’s growth, taking the lead on their employee relations whilst completing a business and management certificate. In 2018, she joined ARH as a resource planner, three promotions later, and now our Resource Manager. She is responsible for the maintenance department’s efficiency, ensuring that our Accounts are delivered most efficiently and cost-effectively. Polly’s colleagues would describe her as decisive, calm, and positive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and visiting her family in Devon.
