Tony was a Consultant for three years before joining ARH Group. He looked after twenty-one organisations as their H&S advisor and trained for another 100 companies during this time. As a natural progression from a consultant, he joined ARH Group in 2015 to support and develop the organisation’s H&S management system and H&S culture. Within the first twelve months of joining ARH, Tony developed a new H&S Management System and gave refresher H&S training for every employee, from cleaners to engineers to the directors. His role encompasses continual improvement with the organisation’s health and safety culture to be positive and engaging. To ensure compliance to client’s expectations and requirements, including the maintenance and successful renewal for the Company’s H&S accreditations, memberships, tendering etc. Tony’s colleagues would describe him as supportive, approachable, and happy. In his spare time, Tony loves to cook and do BBQs. He enjoys holidays in Fuerteventura and weekends away, mountain biking and walks, gardening, and DIY.
