Building Services

Our building services projects over the years have included building conversions, extensions and new builds. These featured some or all of the following elements; fire alarms, emergency lighting, complete electrical and mechanical services, installation, commissioning and UPS systems, along with full Management services for CAT A & B Fabric fit-outs, commercial electric vehicle chargers.

Design

Advanced software packages are employed to produce and verify designs – for example, lighting schemes are modelled to ensure correct illumination levels for the required application with full 3D visualisations produced for the client.

All drawings are carried out by our in-house CAD department, ensuring enhanced accuracy of designs and enabling close control of any variations and additions right through to fitting.

Installation

Our fully qualified engineers work in partnership with our team of project managers to ensure that we deliver bespoke solutions perfectly matched to our client’s business needs. We provide fully detailed quotations with price breakdowns and outline proposals for any projects across the private, public, commercial and industrial sectors, including retail outlet builds and refurbishments, new build installations, lighting design, and full-service installations.

Project Management

We take the hassle out of multi-discipline projects by developing and maintaining close working relationships with all contractors and handling everything from initial design (including cable calculations, containment drawings, and schematic wiring diagrams), to specification and installation. Our mechanical work covers an extensive range of services including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and hot waterworks.
