Project Overview

ARH for the last 5 years have managed the buildings / facilities for a leading UK travel business based at Luton Airport. This includes a specific hangar which is the location where all the airplanes are serviced and repaired. Our on site service operatives that man the site 24 hours a day have been tasked with installing two new Falcon Kites on the hangar roof. This is to reduce and ward off birds such as pigeons etc. as they can be a potential hazard to the clients environment.

Project Overview

The ARH team has successfully handed over, on time and on budget, a fast track project which has involved the installation of electrical services to a brand new home shopping hub. The two week project was carried out to a tight timescale and the work couldn’t interfere with the day to day running of the store. This is one of a number of similar schemes that ARH have completed over the past 18 months, which enhances our clients offering and capabilities.

Project Overview

ARH’s Maintenance Workers have completed a project, working on Erith Pier on the South Bank of the Thames. Their task – to replace all of the lamps with new, state of the art LEDs. There are many reasons why a business would want to change their lights to LEDs including reducing electricity bills, quickly and significantly increasing their green footprint / environmental credentials and improving visibility at night which in turn leads to improved health and safety and security.
