Darren joined ARH in 2018 as a Resource Planner. Previous to ARH, he honed his customer service skills as an Assistant Branch Manager at a builder’s merchant. After demonstrating his leadership potential, Darren was promoted to Helpdesk Team Leader within just under a year. In this role, he provided guidance, instruction, and direction to a group of resource planners, ensuring that customer expectations were consistently met. Darren’s dedication and expertise were further recognised with his recent promotion to Service Delivery Manager. In this new role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the facilities management team. Darren’s colleagues would describe him as helpful, loyal, and fair. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends.
