Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple disciplines
Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, or fabric systems
Work closely with site managers and clients to ensure minimal disruption to building operations
Update job progress and reports via our CAFM system in real-time
Adhere to all health and safety standards and compliance requirements
Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency support as required
Identify opportunities for improvement or energy efficiency upgrades
Relevant trade qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (for electrical candidates)
Proven experience in a facilities management or building services role
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and reporting skills
Experience working within commercial or industrial environments
Knowledge of CAFM systems or digital reporting tools
Additional qualifications in HVAC, fire systems, or energy systems (e.g. EV charge points, solar PV)
IOSH Working Safely or equivalent health and safety training
