The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for preparing competitive and technically robust cost estimates for mechanical building-services projects. Working under the guidance of the Design & Estimating Senior Manager, the role ensures all estimates reflect accurate quantities, validated designs, supplier inputs, and risk allowances through to project handover, to achieve the business units’ annual targets.

The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing competitive and technically robust cost estimates for electrical building-services projects. Working under the guidance of the Design & Estimating Senior Manager, the role ensures all estimates reflect accurate quantities, validated designs, supplier inputs, and risk allowances through to project handover, to achieve the business units’ annual targets.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading Mechanical & Electrical projects on occasion also as Principal Contractor, ensuring delivery to programme, cost, quality, and safety standards. The role provides day-to-day leadership of project teams, manages subcontractors and suppliers, and ensures compliance with contractual and statutory obligations. The Project Manager is accountable for structured handover to clients, with a focus on safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
