Darren spent many years contracting. Eventually, he was offered a position as an Expat. This included four years in Sierra Leone’s jungle on an iron ore mine, which led to training and consultancy work in places like Russia, Italy, and Dubai. He then spent some time working in the warehouse distribution automation sector, which in 2020 brought him back to a project management role at ARH.

Darren provides support to the engineers, liaises with clients, and ensures projects are delivered on time and in budget. Darren follows Shrewsbury Town Football Club both home and away and occasionally enjoys a round of golf and a bike ride in his spare time.
