After successfully working within several Project Management roles for various electrical contractors, Tony identified an area within the market that needed a directly employed engineering base. In 1990, with this vision of a nationwide service provision and his experience of managing electrical installations, ARH was born. Tony stepped aside from his Managing Director role and moved into the role of CEO to focus on the strategic requirements of ARH as it moves forward into the next stage of its life cycle.

Tony has extensive management experience and has a robust set of skills such as negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and people management. His colleagues would describe him as determined, approachable and supportive. In his spare time, Tony enjoys living an active lifestyle with a broad interest in a variety of different activities, which include skiing, road and mountain biking, playing guitar & drums, DIY, and beekeeping.
